FORMER PRESIDENT GIRMA WOLDE GIORGIS AND DR. CLYDE RIVERS ESTABLISH A GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL AWARD

Former Pres. Girma Wolde Giorgis, while acting President of Ethiopia, established land use policies for the preservation of the land of Ethiopia. He is a true hero for his environmental work. The Former President is also acting Patron for the Interfaith Peace-Building Initiative and the Golden Rule International.

Dr. Clyde Rivers, World Peace Ambassador and Founder of iChange Nations, which establishes Cultures of Honor around the world while propagating “Every life is valuable,” came together with Former Pres. Girma Wolde Giorgis and Amb. Mussie Hailu for the creation of a global environmental award. These men created an Environmental Protection and the Value of Mankind Preserving the Environment Award. This global award has produced a “Humanitarian Conservationist Solutionist.” Amb. Rivers says, “This award will go to people that care for the environment and people and bring the two together to help the world.
