FIRST LADY DENISE NKURUNZIZA, OF THE REPUBLIC OF BURUNDI

Exclusive News

The First Lady of the Republic of Burundi, Denise Nkurunziza, is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as she demonstrated at a recent crusade in Burundi. She is the first acting First Lady of a nation in history to become an ordained minister for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Clyde Rivers, PhD – Honorary Ambassador at large for the Republic of Burundi said today, “It is very refreshing to see a First Lady of a nation that is not ashamed of her faith and shows it in her love for all Burundians, regardless of their faith. The love of God is not religion, it is just loving ones neighbor as ones self. The message of the First Lady, Denise Nkurunziza, is truly an inspiring message of hope and Burundi is seeing many dedicate their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. In the last five years the nation of Burundi is seeing transformation because of the message of the Love of Jesus Christ for all mankind – that Love, having it’s perfect work, is uniting a nation.”

H.E. President Pierre Nkurunziza, Republic of Burundi

Exclusive News

When we look at Christianity from the perspective of leadership, it gets no
better then Burundi, Africa. We have a president that is not ashamed to call
himself a follower of Jesus Christ. When you look at the changes that are taking
place in Burundi on the ground, you can only see the hand of God upon this
nation. Dr. Clyde Rivers, the Hon. Ambassador of the Republic of Burundi at
Large, says "the entire world needs to look at the transformation of this nation because
of a leadership that demonstrates and applies Biblical principles on a daily
basis in the operations of their country.

The President teaches his nation how to build every week. He actively
participates in the building of schools, medical clinic's all throughout
Burundi. This follows Jesus' model of discipleship, He taught his disciples how
to function in daily life as they followed him. This is what President
Nkurunziza is modeling for his countries people.
